Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once the shipment reaches your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters)

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
